1. Sample Dispatch

Checking the system for new sample requirements listed by Sales Team.
Ensuring Samples are packed as per Packing Specification.
Preparing documentation to be send alongwith samples
Certificate of Analysis, Sample Letter, Declaration, Material Safety Data Sheet etc.
Coordinating with courier agency for picking up samples.
Communicating Sample shipment details to the concerned client and following up to ensure sample has been received.
Sample Stock Management
Maintain & update Sample stock status in IMS on a daily basis and initiate procurement of samples that are below minimum threshold.
Coordinate with concerned company to obtain samples that are below Minimum stock level.
Arrange for Sample pickup through Fedex prepare documentation for Samples, generate Airway Bill for pickup and fill Pickup Request Form to Fedex.
Monitor pickup status on a regular basis.
Check incoming samples for meeting requirements in case of variation contact the company.
Store Samples in a safe condition.
Record incoming sample details on Incoming Sample list and weekly updation on IMS.
Packing Material Stock Management
Maintain & update Packing Material stock status in IMS on a daily basis
Initiate procurement of Packing Material that are below minimum threshold.
Check incoming material for meeting requirements / Specifications

- in case of variation contact the Vendor.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
