Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to join our team.

As a Qualified CA, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with management. Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Tax Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
Audit and

Internal Controls:
Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit processes. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking and resource allocation.
Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.
Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing financial reporting and disclosure.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, board of directors, investors, and regulatory authorities. Present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership in a recognized professional accounting body.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and integrity in financial management practices.
