Description:

The Assistant Plant Controller is involved in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimise the plant's financial performance and competitiveness.

He supports the Plant Controller on all following activities:

**Ensure compliance to all financial procedures*
Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies
Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings,)and internal control basics

- **Provide reliable financial / controlling informations*

Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecast,
Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay compliance
Provide reliable financial/controlling information's in close relationship with other operational and support functions
Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control
Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance information requested by internal and external auditors, and others local external authorities
Contribute to the control and management of the plant's operating cahflow (capex, inventories,overdues)
To understand and ensures the respect of the Internal Rules, Code of Ethics and Management Code applicable in the establishment to which she/he is assigned.
Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies
Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings), and internal control basics
Ensure financial awareness of plant operational teams

Qualifications:

Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance / CMA / ICWA and CS
45 years of experience in controlling, or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling preferably in industrial / plant environment
Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
Solid accounting knowledge
Strong teamwork, Good communication skills, Fluent in English
