The Firmwide Business Resiliency Team (FBRT) mission is to provide a comprehensive data driven and risk-based business resiliency program with an enhanced focus on Essential Services, supported by a robust firmwide internal/external engagement and governance framework.

Within FBRT, the Reporting Team, provides reporting and analysis on the consolidated Business Disruption risk from CORE & ERMA systems.

The objective of the Reporting Team is to provide meaningful management information that will facilitate decision making, including post-incident tracking and analysis.

Reporting Team supports design, develop, and implement standardized Resiliency Reporting including Control Committee reporting, Resiliency related issues, metrics, and scorecards.

Additionally, rationalize and automate existing Reporting.


FBRT is seeking a Junior Associate to join the Reporting and Analytics Team in Mumbai to support Month End Reporting deliverables of Metrics and Business Control Committee decks.

This role will work closely with the LOB, Corporate Function and Regional Resiliency Teams and will report into the Firmwide Business Resiliency India Lead.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Learn various reporting requirements / activities and produce monthly reporting in a timely manner
  • Work with the Automation lead to identify and deliver report automation solutions
  • Help to develop best in class Dashboards/visualizations to generate actionable insights
  • Comply with JPMC procedures and QA best practices to ensure the quality of data and reports
  • Maintain the reporting procedure and other required documentation uptodate in accordance with the Firmwide standards

Qualification, Experience & Skills:


  • 45 years of relevant experience
  • Graduate degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • Knowledge of financial products required
  • Experience using Alteryx / Tableau preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills especially advanced Excel
  • A selfstarter who is organized and constantly meets deliverables
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and bring tasks to complete closure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good verbal/written and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated and confident
  • Ability to learn quickly, adjust to changes and think outside the box
  • Knowledge of Big Data Concepts is a plus
  • Experience with operational risk in the banking industry is preferred
  • Should be flexible with EMEA shifts
