Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:


  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment with project schedules.
  • Regularly update project timelines and communicate any deviations promptly.

Resource Management:


  • Oversee the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required resources.
  • Anticipate and resolve any resource constraints or bottlenecks.

Communication and Coordination:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain open lines of communication to promptly address issues and ensure a collaborative working environment.

Quality Assurance:


  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure work meets specified standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions as needed.

Health and Safety Compliance:


  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on site.
  • Conduct safety briefings and inspections regularly.
  • Take proactive measures to address and mitigate potential safety risks.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, identifying key achievements and challenges.
  • Provide timely updates to management and stakeholders as required.

Problem Resolution:


  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop contingency plans.
  • Address and resolve challenges promptly to minimize impact on project schedules.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a site coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of construction or project management processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
