Role and Responsibility

Handle the international Calls USA/CANADA/ AUSTRALIA
Knowing all the details of the service offerings.
Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's services
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
Bringing clarification to the progress and performancerelated expectations by conducting regular meetings on Voice calls or video calls
Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behaviour of the other.
Keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activity.

Requirements:

Graduation or equivalent.
Having done a salesrelated training program.
Knowledgeable with computers.
Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints.
Ability to change the communication style on unusual events.
Excellent interpersonal, research, and recordkeeping skills.

Experience - 1 Year to 3 years

Salary - 35,000 + Incentive

Nightshift -

Only For Night Female Staff - Providing Cab services.
