Establish a proactive recruitment and targeted talent acquisition program to build talent pools in line with our succession planning and talent review programs.


  • Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and interviewing teams to effectively screen and assess talent.
  • Understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities.
  • Research, build and report on competitive and market driven insights to help Microsoft hiring managers better understand their unique talent markets continues to grow and innovate so much that we are expanding our locally based recruitment and talent sourcing team Microsoft is known for valuing people and talent, and we would love to have you join our specialized Talent Sourcing team especially if you are energized by proactively finding great talent

As an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, you'll work with a community of Talent Sourcers and Recruiters who consistently test themselves on ways to bring the best talent to Microsoft.


Create strong stakeholder relationships to not only deliver on what's available today, but to "see around corners" and make connections for strategic hires.


As an integral member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will report to the Consultant Talent Sourcer for the business in India and provide a local focus on Microsoft's total talent sourcing strategy.

8+ years

Bachelor or other

Need to have corporate internal recruiting and sourcing experience - if not it will be a disqualifier

Sourcing experience as a TS will be highly preferred

3 Influencing Hiring Managers


Salary:
₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
