Job Summary

Analyze less complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Assist in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Execute unit, integration and acceptance testing and assists in creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements.

Avantor is looking for a QA Engineer who is responsible to analyze less complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

What we're looking for- Education: bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience and/or certificates

Experience:

Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience-This role typically involves technical direction for the QA work and leads the functional, automation and performance team(s) & designing testing strategies, testing processes with overall software architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:
Good Experience
understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and testing methodologies. Study architectural principles, scalability, performance considerations, and integration strategies.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in both testing and software architecture.- Look for opportunities to participate in architectural discussions, propose solutions to testing challenges, and showcase your ability to design testing strategies aligned with architectural goals.- Work flexibly to successfully handle multiple issues and tasks, completing them on time and within budget while exceeding expectations.

Technical Skillset:

ALM, JIRA, UFT
Browserstack or equivalent
Oracle, Postgres, SQL or any other
SOAP UI, REST, or similar
SAP (OTC, PTP, FIN, etc.,)
Be Familiar with Various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Models.
Have Indepth Knowledge of Various Testing Methodologies.
Possess the Basic Understanding of Coding Concepts.
Proficient in Test Automation & Test Management Tools.
