  • Intermediate to Advanced level Proficiency in using Excel, Docs, and PPT.
  • Passion for Digital Marketing
  • Sound knowledge and handson experience in LinkedIn and competitor products
  • Data Analysis and Data Presentation Skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to new hires / tenured reps effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Ads
  • Adaptability To Dynamic Change: Adapting to changing situations and restructuring tasks and priorities as changes occur within the business and organization.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand and impart consultative selling to the salesforce
  • Proactivity: Proactively identify potential roadblocks in the transfer of knowledge and skills and come out with solutions.
  • Interpersonal Communication: Communicating clearly and effectively with people inside and outside of the team.
