Key Responsibilities:
l Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate original content ideas that align with our IT services.
l Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create content strategies and meet project deadlines.
l Edit and proofread content to ensure it is free from grammatical errors and adheres to brand guidelines.
l Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to the company's website.
l Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content.
l Assist in creating technical documentation, case studies, white papers, and newsletters.
l Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
l Minimum of 1 year of experience in content writing, preferably in the IT industry.
l Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
l Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical topics.
l Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
l Proficient in using content management systems (CMS); basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
l Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
l Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
l Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Preferred Skills:
l Experience with social media management and content creation for social media platforms.
l Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
l Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
l Knowledge of IT industry-specific terminology and trends.
