Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to individuals from provided lists or databases.

Engage in persuasive conversations to generate interest and qualify leads.

Meet or exceed assigned call volume and conversion rate targets.

Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.

Identify and nurture potential leads by following up with customers and building relationships.

Collaborate with the sales team to share customer feedback, sales opportunities, and market insights.

Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM systems.

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport.

Results-oriented mindset and a drive for achieving sales goals.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Good time management and organizational skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.
