Operations Expert will support the Operations Lead to ensure the Domain achieves its objectives (financial, customer, people, risk/process) by providing guidance and oversight for overall health of Technology India operations.

Ops Expert will provide advisory services to enable the Technology India Service Centre to understand insights and opportunities for improvement.

What will your day look like

Contribute to providing insights for Technology India Service Centre using data from multiple sources and tracking against agreed metrics to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders

Contribute to development and execution of the Technology India Service Centre vendor strategy

Contribute to providing oversight of any risk or audit issues

Contribute to providing insights across risks, issues and treatment plans for Technology India Service Centre using data

Provide relevant inputs and participate as required in planning and prioritisation ceremonies

Contribute to and support the development and execution of the Technology India Service Centre workforce strategy and capacity by taking care of the learning and development requirements of India Technology staff

Assist with ensuring the Technology India Service Centre is well managed and complies with ANZ Group processes and policies (e.g. Vendor, travel, workforce approvals, events, Business Continuity Planning), external regulatory and legislative requirements

What will you bring?


Qualifiacation:

Bachelor's Degree

Experience in building relationships across ANZ to realise the Technology India Service Centre strategy

Influencing skills across a diverse range of Stakeholders

Working knowledge of finance, commercial (ie vendor management), risk, performance and operational management

Adaptable and flexible to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity

Ability to synthesis information from multiple sources to produce meaningful reporting, insights and action plans

Ability to effectively communicate ideas in a consumable format with supporting action plans

Ability to effectively communicate with Training vendors to achieve desired results
