Description
Equipment Operation:
- Operate DGPS equipment to provide accurate positioning data.
- Monitor realtime data and make necessary corrections to improve accuracy.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze GPS data to identify and rectify errors.
- Work with geographic information systems (GIS) software to process and interpret data.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance on DGPS equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and address technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with surveyors, GIS professionals, and other team members to achieve project objectives.
- Provide support to field teams by ensuring reliable DGPS data.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of equipment operation, data corrections, and troubleshooting activities.
- Generate reports summarizing GPS accuracy and performance.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of GPS data.
- Stay informed about advancements in GPS technology and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in geomatics, surveying, geography, or a related field.
- Knowledge of GPS and DGPS technologies.
- Familiarity with GIS software.
- Technical proficiency in operating and troubleshooting DGPS equipment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Nagpur**Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
