Arranging consultations with patients and issuing reminders about these closer to the day of each appointment.

Conducting screening and diagnostic tests to reveal health issues.
Calming anxious and distressed patients.
Restoring patients to good health by administering or suggesting interventions such as massage, mindfulness, and homeopathic substances.
Informing patients about the functions of each treatment.
Examining and talking to patients to diagnose their medical condition
Management of medical/health problems presented by patients
Working cohesively with the team at the centre comprising nutritionists and centre manager to achieve monthly centre targets
Patient/client consultation: Check BP, pulse and do the Prakriti analysis
History taking, diagnosis, investigation recommendations, planning herbs
Preparation of suitable plans for the patient as per his/her condition
Advising patient/client how to take appropriate herbs and advising lifestyle changes for management of weight and medical condition
Patient health monitoring: Regular followup with patient/client to review progress and health
Review impact of plan on weight and overall health of client. Make appropriate modifications in plan accordingly
Documenting and keeping record of treatment. Apprising other team members of the same.
Counselling the client as a mentor to continuously educate on how to improve health
Consulting senior technical team member for clarifications and changes in plans
Participate in ongoing trainings to upgrade knowledge base and skills
Recording and storing your notes after each consultation.
Monitoring and evaluating the implications of treatments.
Tailoring your approach to treatment based on results obtained, if needed.
Ensuring that the office is stocked with fresh and wellmaintained supplies.
Provide consultation to patients
Suggest treatment and diet schedule for those who are taking treatment
Delegate responsibilities to therapists and offering feedback
Manage inventory of Ayurveda related products
Find ways of improving customer experience
Answer calls and queries of customers
To make sure the targets of the therapy centre are met
Prepare descriptions of Ayurveda treatments in the menu of spas
Carry out therapies and Spa treatments
Meet and discuss treatment options with clients
