We're seeking an experienced and talented e-commerce marketing executive to join our dynamic team at Adwalnut Technologies Pvt.
Ltd.

You will play a pivotal role in optimising our online business operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

As an e-commerce marketing executive, you'll maintain all our sales touchpoints — website, online marketplaces, and aggregators — and oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimise the overall customer experience.

Objectives of this role

  • Develop and implement effective ecommerce marketing growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities.
  • Optimise endtoend ecommerce marketing journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and postpurchase followup.
  • Manage and maintain ecommerce marketing platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.
  • Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fastpaced, eCommerce business.
  • Handson experience in managing and maintaining eCommerce websites/portals.
  • Knowledgeable of the eCommerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading eCommerce website, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
  • Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
  • Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
