An experienced applicant with a background in international market research and strong English communication skills is what we are seeking for.

In order to achieve a specific business aim, the market research manager must choose the best research methodology and auxiliary approaches.

The Research Manager creates or aids in creating the research instrument depending on the methodologies chosen.

Following completion, the market research manager analyses the data gathered, writes a report, and offers the sponsoring client business-focused recommendations.

Job Details

Timing 1 pm to 10 pm or 7:30 pm to 4:30 am (Rotational shift & it it's daylight saving it would be 1 hour earlier)

Salary - 30k to 40k

Responsibilities:

interacting with clients to clarify and record the company's goals choosing the best research approaches and methodologies

creating plans for qualitative and quantitative research for goods at all Product Life Cycle Stages creating moderator guides and research questionnaires

overseeing the fieldwork project in collaboration with Project Directors analysing information, producing reports, and offering suggestions that can be implemented

Management of research agencies, including the capacity to write compelling research proposals for outside research partners to ensure that research yields desired insight results.

To obtain information, conduct both primary and secondary research.

building interesting insights through the analysis of data from interviews, focus groups, surveys, or other qualitative or quantitative research.

Requirements:

Experience in the market research sector of at least two to three years, as well as academic and practical knowledge of a variety of new product, brand, advertising, and customer satisfaction research methodologies

Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking

excellent analytical abilities and background in statistical modelling and analysis excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet skills

a bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
