We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Officer with a passion for acquisition to join our Global team.

The position can be based out of any of the following locations in India:
Pune, or Bangalore but the role is a remote position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Execute supplier creation in the relevant systems, creation of purchase requisitions and goods receipt when needed.

Help the Mendix business and different departments to function as smoothly as possible, by aligning with the finance team as well as the business unit leads.

Raise escalations to the relevant departments

Support the Mendix business with supporting them on administrative procurement tasks.

Position Requirements

Will have knowledge & interest in procure to pay processes
Will have basic or intermediate experience with using ERP SAP, particularly for the procurement function; creation of purchase requisitions, suppliers management, reports.
The ideal applicant will have experience of the software product industry.
Able to speak and write the English language fluently
Experience of managing priorities and dealing with different styles of stakeholders.
You have a natural tendency to take ownership and a keen eye for details.
Able and willing to work and collaborate remotely when needed.
