In India, Jhpiego works across various states in close collaboration with national and state governments,


providing technical assistance in the areas of family planning, maternal and child health, strengthening humanresources for health, and non-communicable diseases.

These programs are funded by USAID, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, UNICEF, World Health Organization, University of Manitoba, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), MSD for Mothers and others.

Jhpiego is hiring M&E officer based at New Delhi for its CIFF Nutrition project.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop excel based tools for program implementation support and quality assessment
  • Support in designing research methodology and conducting rapid assessments for nutrition programmes
  • Collate information & data from the field team and help in creating data analysis and data visualization tools
  • Prepare monthly program progress reports/slide decks to share with various stakeholders
  • Support senior team members in developing strategic documents and tools based on field experience and program requirements
  • Plan, record meeting minutes and followup on actionable
  • Coordinate with the field team to gather learning from the field including human interest stories, success stories, documentation and dissemination
  • Undertake other assignments, which may be assigned from time to time by the Reporting Authority

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications:


  • Masters in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Informatics/Population Studies, MA Economics with public health experience, Health Management or Public Health with 3 years of experience.
  • Experience of working for Universal Immunization Programme at national and/or state level.
  • Understanding of Global Health and development approaches with willingness to learn the technical side of program implementation.
  • Experience with digital platforms for Monitoring, Evaluation and Research would be an added advantage.
  • Experience with big data management and analysis, will be an added advantage.
