Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our software solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client requirements and market demands.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal closures in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of software products and the ability to articulate their value proposition to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling SaaS, CRM and ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of software needs and trends.
