Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client requirements and market demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal closures in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of software products and the ability to articulate their value proposition to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling SaaS, CRM and ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge of software needs and trends.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
