As a Copy Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of copywriters, ensuring that all copy produced by the team is of high quality and meets the client's objectives.

You will work closely with the creative team, account managers, and clients to develop and execute effective copy strategies that align with the overall campaign objectives.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all copy adheres to brand standards and guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of copywriters and ensure that all copy produced by the team meets the client's objectives and is of high quality.
  • Work closely with the creative team, account managers, and clients to develop and execute effective copy strategies that align with the overall campaign objectives.
  • Ensure that all copy adheres to brand standards and guidelines.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand the target audience and market trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in copywriting.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior copywriters.
  • Provide feedback to team members to help improve their skills and performance.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on advertising and marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of copywriters.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating strong copywriting skills and experience in developing effective campaigns.
