We are looking to hire a
Retail Sales Executive, for an
Automobile Showroom who is competent enough to help grow the sales of the organisation.


FEMALE CANDIDATES WILL BE PREFERRED

Duties/Responsibilities:_

  • Greeting and interacting with customers.
  • Consulting with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
  • Demonstrating and explaining merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs.
  • Answering customers' questions about merchandise.
  • Assisting customers with purchase decisions.
  • Retrieving merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
  • Collecting payment using the store point of sale system.
  • Processing returns and exchanges.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:_

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold.
  • Ability to anticipate customers needs.
  • Ability to recommend merchandise to customers.
  • Ability to operate or to quickly learn the stores pointofsale system.

Education and Experience:_

  • Graduation or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience required.

Salary:
Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
