1 yr. + experience in BPO Recruitment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for identifying, attracting toptier talent to meet the client organization's staffing needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri etc), social media professional network to identify potential applicants.
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placements.
  • Track key metrics to ensure efficient and highquality recruitment outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience in endtoend recruitment hiring process with recruitment life cycle experience.
  • Experience in
    volume hiring in BPO (International Voice/ Non-Voice/ Technical Support) is mandatory

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
