Leap_of_Faith_Technologies looking for #fresher or #6-months experience in Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Gives sales presentation to client/prospect if required;
Preparing Sales Documents: Quotation, Proposal, Invoice & etc;
Assist in marketing activities by attending seminar, exhibitions, trade show, conference and other relevant marketing events;
Build strong customer relationship through excellent customer services;
Inform existing or new client/prospect about our exciting promotion from time to time;
Make sure customer need is being handled accordingly;
Maintaining clients' confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential;
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
Build rapport with clients to ensure business sustainability and customer's satisfaction level is high;
Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities;
Help in expand company prospect.

Requirements:

A great communicator, good writing skills, computer literate, detailoriented as well as pleasant looking when meeting customers;
Committed to self enhancement, result and goal oriented;
Initiative, energetic and willing to perform out of ordinary working hours;
Excellent command in English, Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Diploma / Degree in any discipline or higher;
Possess excellent presentation, communications & interpersonal skill;
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets;
Desire to build a career in sales and marketing.
