The opportunity

Your role will be a Technology Lead, or Senior Technology Lead in the IT Advisory Services team You will be responsible to be a part of the delivery of IT projects for our customers across the globe.

Your key responsibilities

Act as a single point of contact for our customers for their milestones/scrum tasks
Understand and propose relevant solutions/improvements for the customer engagement
Actively participate in the discussions and meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work and deliver as per the estimates/commitments
Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance
Manage the project and vendor team members in understanding their estimates, monitoring their quality of work and ensuring as a team you meet the project deadlines
Actively guide the team members and support as needed
Active staff the team, anticipate capacity needs and plan and work across cross functional teams of the organization.
Should have a thorough Understanding & Hands on experience of PMP, PRINCE2, Agile working, ITIL Framework.
Hands on Exp in managing end to end IT Projects.
Should be able to manage/deliver to multiple clients

Your people responsibilities

Foster teamwork and lead by example
Manage a team of DevOps engineers
Participating in the organizationwide people initiatives
Ability to travel in accordance with client and other job requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing, and conferencelevel presentation skills a plus
