Description
Leading and driving all maintenance related activities for multiple outlets like appliance maintenance, electricity, water etc.

  • File the details of all the vendors and maintain the contact list.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Ensure the day to day operations are smooth by generating the preventive maintenance reports and fixing the issues from various vendors.
  • Call for proper repair agencies for proper maintenance as and when needed.
  • Invite and compile quotations for purchase and approval by management.
  • Ensure proper security by briefing and guidance to staff and resolving their issues when arise.
  • Monitoring for smooth function of all the Kitchens.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's
  • 2+ years' work experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Incredible time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of proper appliance handling and Computer
