A Sales Coordinator in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their sales targets, coordinating with different departments within the company and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets by ensuring that all salesrelated documents, data, and reports are organized, updated, and available for the sales team.
- Coordinating with the production, logistics, and marketing departments to ensure timely delivery of products, promotions, and marketing collaterals to the customers.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Creating and maintaining customer records and updating them with accurate and current information.
- Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the FMCG market.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports, performance metrics, and other data to the sales team and management.
- Coordinating with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to ensure that they are wellinformed about the company's products, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Assisting the sales team in creating and implementing sales strategies, including planning and executing customer events, product launches, and trade shows.
- Keeping uptodate with the latest industry trends and best practices, and suggesting improvements to the sales process and customer experience.
Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
