Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Digitize prescribed medicines, related dosage & direction in internal working panel & other digital medium by reviewing and interpreting the uploaded prescriptions


Validate orders in internal working panel by reviewing with its attached prescriptionsValidate restricted medicine category orders in internal working panel as per dispensing & compliance protocolsMake & attend Patients calls for proper clarification to digitize prescriptions or validate ordersManage clinical queries & counselling patients on prescribed medicines & subsequent therapiesDevelops latest drug trends & dispensing guidelines knowledge by participating in clinical programs & training on online or offline methodComplies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state & central drug controls, the drug enforcement administration, and the food and drug administrationMaintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
