Experience: 4+yrsContact:
- Minimum 4 Years Maximum 5 Years of Experience in Supporting / Testing / Analyzing Software products like ERP, CRM, HRMS, DMS, Asset Management, Procurement Management, MobileAPP Development, Software Development, etc.
- Should be capable of giving Presales demo to the client and convince about the Products / Services of SunSmart
- Understand the Client requirement and map with the existing product of SunSmart
- Communicate with Development Team for any functionality that is deviated or new requirement from client for product strengthening and upgradation Monitor the movement of the Project in line with the agreed timelines
- Coordinate with the QA team for best quality of the product Testing & Accepting the customized product / project and certify compliance to the customer requirements Implementation & Training Preparation of Documents like User Manual, Admin Manual etc. in coordination with the Project Team.
