Description
An experienced
Thermoforming Operator is needed for our company in Umm Al Quwain (UAE).


  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in processing food container products
  • Qualification diploma / mechanical certification
Below mentioned experience is a requirement for the job:

  • Work experience in high-speed thermoforming machines is required
  • Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier and Micrometer
  • Mould clamping, unloading, periodic maintenance, online mould maintenance
  • Mould trial and approval
  • Maintain production data
  • Ensure product quality is as per the master sample
  • Machine mould 5s
  • Daily machine output report
  • Cycle time improvement
  • Planning and assigning work for labourer's
  • Production material set up
  • Knowledge of plastic material properties as well as defects and remedies

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
