Job Title:
Architect / Interior Designer (Male)


Role Position: 1


Location:
Gurgaon


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare 3D designs using various design tools.
  • Create Bill of Materials in accordance with drawings/sketches.
  • Conduct site visits to accurately measure project sites.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in visualizing client needs.
  • Possess knowledge of diverse materials utilized in Interior Turnkey projects.
  • Conduct on-site visits to provide guidance and monitor execution progress.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Interior Designing.

Experience:


  • 12 years of experience in the Interior Design Industry.

Skills:


  • Proficiency in 3D design software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
  • Ability to visualize and understand client requirements.
  • Sound knowledge of materials commonly used in Interior Turnkey projects.
  • Capability to effectively guide and monitor project execution onsite.

Salary Range:
Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month.
