    Responsibilities:

    In this position, you will collaborate with IDP's Data Engineering and Governance team, an enterprise capability team, and will be tasked with:

    • Evaluating existing data systems.
    • Collaborating with the development team to create conceptual data models and flows.
    • Developing best practices for data coding to ensure system consistency.
    • Reviewing system modifications for cross-compatibility.
    • Implementing data strategies and physical data models.
    • Optimizing local and metadata models.
    • Evaluating data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.
    • Troubleshooting and enhancing data systems.
    • Collaborating with various stakeholders to build data models aligned with IDP's data vision.

    Prepare and maintain training materials, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.

    Assume ownership of outcomes by embracing technology, continuously expanding knowledge, and understanding the business value of technological innovations.


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Statistics.
    • 5-8+ years of experience in machine learning in a production environment with a track record of successful project delivery and a total of over 10 years in IT.
    • Expertise in metadata management and relevant tools.
    • Proficiency in mathematical foundations and statistical analysis.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Advanced troubleshooting abilities.
    • Demonstrated capability to present information effectively to senior leaders, stakeholders, and customers.
    • Comfort working in a multicultural setting with multiple stakeholders.
    • Any Data Modeling certification is advantageous.
