    Overview:

    TheSales Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by leadingand directing the sales team to achieve revenue targets andcontribute to the companys growth. This position carries theresponsibility of developing and implementing effective salesstrategies building strong customer relationships and guiding theteam to drive sales success.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop and executestrategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customerbase.
    • Lead coach and motivate the sales team todeliver outstanding performance.

    • Analyze sales data and trends toprovide insights and recommendations forimprovement.

    • Negotiate and close highstakesdeals with key customers and partners.
    • Monitorand track sales team performance and provide regular reports to themanagement.

    RequiredQualifications:
