About Team:

This role rests in the Category Marketing Charter within the Revenue and Growth Management team of Myntra.
This team is responsible for the visual merchandising and customer fashion & lifestyle experience on all the digital
platforms of IOS/Android App, Mweb, and Desktop and for various categories and brands.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Role:

Associate - Visual Merchandiser
1) Leading Store experience planning of category level visibility and Store optimization through data rigor - Focus on Category pages, Brand Solutions

  • Brand Launches & Brand Fests, Key Emerging Categories like Home, BPC etc through effective merchandising solutions.
2) Growing and scale the Brand Store Universe at Myntra by working closely with internal teams like Category, Design, Products, Store Operations & External team like Brand teams.
3) Creating Store experiences (wireframes) & owning all performance & funnel metrics with respect to merchandising. Ensuring that such metrics are institutionalized across teams and running performance cadences with respective stakeholders.
4) Liaison with Brand, Marketing and Design teams to plan monthly & yearly campaigns and co-owing metrics like CTR, session to list view etc.
5) Executing campaigns with high precision and driving innovative merchandising solves with mínimal customer experience breakages and driving key initiatives of process optimization, adoption of new product features across merchandising journey.
6) Will play a key role in terms of planning & operations for special constructs for big sale events like 'End of
reason sale', 'Big fashion festival" etc for the platform.
7) Coordinate and execute campaigns with the store operations team and ensure customer experience is top
notch. Act as the conduit between Category Demand Management, Monetization & Creative/Design teams.


Qualifications & Experience
1) Preferably e-commerce experience with total work experience of 2-4 years (Fashion & lifestyle background
will be great)
2) Sharp analytical abilities
3) Ability to work well under deadlines, pressure and to successfully meet these deadlines
4) Bias for action - Has sound judgment, thoroughly thinks through the problems to come up with solutions
5) Strong stakeholder management skills
6) Sharp Business and creative acumen
7) Ability to work with a lot of ambiguity
8) Extremely strong in execution as this role will involve overseeing significant execution
9) Strong sense of customer centricity & understanding towards Market trends & best practices.
