Job Title:
Data Entry Operator

Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain data accurately and efficiently into the company's databases and ERP systems.
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
Verify data for completeness and correctness, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
Assist in data cleansing and normalization activities to optimize database performance.
Generate reports and extract data from databases as requested by team members or management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency across systems.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data entered and accessed.
Stay updated on new features and functionalities of ERP systems and Excel to enhance data entry processes.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline data entry workflows.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques.
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
