Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily team activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Train new employees on job duties and policies.
- Resolve conflicts among team members.
- Maintain records and enforce company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules.
Pay:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Night shift
