Hitachi Energy, 7th floor, Brigade Opus, Kodigehalli gate, Bangalore, Karnataka.


Job Summary:


As an IT Help Desk Professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance to employees within the organisation.

You will be the go-to person for resolving IT- related issues and ensuring smooth operations across various software systems.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT tem to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Log and track support tickets using ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and followup.
  • Assist in user on boarding and off boarding processes, including setting up user accounts and access permissions.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and coordinate repairs or replacement s needed.
  • Sty updated with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements:


  • Any bachelor's degree would be accepted for our requirement.
  • Proven experience of 1 year in IT help desk or a fresher who is interested to take up this role.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware & software systems.
  • Proficiency in operating systems.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in paced environment.
