SUMMARY:

The AutoCAD Designer will work with the WhiteSky design team to provide ISP data, video, and voice drawing deliverables for new construction multifamily projects.

The AutoCAD Designer will report directly to the Manager of Solution Design. The AutoCAD Designer will interface with the entire WhiteSky Design Team and Project Managers.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Draft AutoCAD ISP documents for WhiteSky new construction projects
  • Review documents with WhiteSky management
  • Create and maintain all AutoCAD design Block Libraries, drawing templates, and scripts.
  • Support the WhiteSky Design Team on all background/file updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • College degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years working with AutoCAD
  • Integrity, dedication, work ethic
  • Fluent in English
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet project timelines.
  • Ability to manage up to 100+ projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
