Primary Job Responsibilities
1.


Administrative Support:

Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and managing travel arrangements.

2.


Communication:
Facilitate communication between the MD and various internal/external stakeholders, preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining communication channels.

3.


Information Management:
Organize and maintain documentation, files, and databases. Manage confidential information with discretion.

4.


Project Coordination:
Assist in coordinating special projects, initiatives, or events initiated by the MD, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

5.


Office Management:
Oversee office operations, supervise administrative staff, and ensure office supplies are stocked as needed.

6.


Strategic Support:
Aid in research, data analysis, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.

7.


Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD.


Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Proven experience in executive assistance, administration, or relevant roles.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office suite) and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Major KRA ( SMART)
1.


Administrative Excellence:
Ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations.

2.


Support to MD:
Provide comprehensive support to the MD in daily activities and strategic endeavours.

3.


Communication Management:
Facilitate seamless communication flow internally and externally.

4.


Project Coordination:
Successfully coordinate and contribute to the accomplishment of various projects and initiatives.

5.


Information and Office Management:
Maintain accurate and organized information systems while overseeing office management.


Qualification and Experience
Minimum Qualification

Preferred/Additional Qualification

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Minimum Experience

05 Years


Salary:
₹60, ₹75,000.00 per month
