Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving their goals.

The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in streamlining sales processes, ensuring seamless communication between various departments, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or products to clients.

Client Engagement:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing information about our services.
• Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.

Sales Process Optimization:

• Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the sales process.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Communication:

• Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
• Communicate product/service updates and changes to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of IT products and services is an advantage.
