Salary : 12,000/- to 15,000/

  • Location : Thoppampatti pirivu, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore.

Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company or generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Introduce products or services to potential customers and explain their benefits and features.
  • Answer questions about products or services and address any concerns or objections raised by prospects.
  • Keep accurate records of conversations and sales made for reporting purposes.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and guidelines.
