Description

Responsibilities,

  • Preparing and analyzing the tender and documentation
  • Prepare monthly client and contractor bills
  • Maintain documentation required for construction projects
  • Overseeing subcontractor's work during construction
  • Keeping informed about the various contracts currently in use
  • Understanding the consequences of safety and health regulations
  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
  • Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
  • Liaising with site managers, Clients, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
  • Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required

Qualification

  • B.E. or B.tech (Civil)

Experience

  • Minimum 23 years

Job Type:
Regular / Permanent


Pay:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Indore,
