Job Description:

  • Handling calls & Chats (Customer Service)
  • Need to handle queries related to US Customers.

Designation:

CSA

  • Excellent communication skills needed
  • HSC/ Graduate with a Minimum of 6 Months of Chat or Voice Experience.
  • Shift Timing 24*7 rotational shift Including night shift
  • Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday
Salary upto: 30k in hand


  • Strict background verification for all Employment and Education documents.

Rounds of Interviews:
HR, Ops, Versant(VNA), Typing-25/85.
