Experience:

Graduate/ PG from NIFT / Pearl academy
Specialization/Knowledge of Knitwear Women Western Apparel
1+ years of design experience is a must.

Skills:

Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Coral draw.
Availability to travel for research and product development.
Excellent design and conceptual skills.
Profound knowledge of knitted and woven fabrics.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Undertake trend research, determining what consumers will like.
Managing design process from conception to final samples.
Ensuring the products are in agreement with the business strategy.
Draw, sketch, and plan designs range digitally.
Create tests/prototypes of design pieces. Profound knowledge of fits. Reviewing products for style and fit during a presentation.
Work with pattern master, tailors, and other sampling teams to build the range.
Proper handovers with TechPack.
