Job Description and Qualifications
- As a
Talent Acquisition Data Entry Administrator, you will be a key member of a dynamic global team supporting the implementation and adoption of a new HCM system.
- This role will be a fixed term 12month vacancy, supporting the global team with data entry and stakeholder engagement. The role will support the Talent Acquisition function in key data entry from the new HCM system into the ATS system, ensuring data is input accurately and within a timely manner.
- The role will also include engagement with internal Talent Acquisition team members, hiring managers and external vendors to ensure recruitment requirements are distributed to the right teams.
- You will ensure information between systems are aligned and relevant updates are made in the ATS, such as new users when required, in accordance with the Global Talent Acquisition Process
Responsibilities - Coordination of key data input between systems
- Respond to notifications in a timely manner and duplicate Talent Acquisition requirements over to the ATS
- Ensure the regional teams are supported in adoption of the new process
- Ensure new users raising requisitions in Workday are provided the right new user accounts and securities in BrassRing, to support a smooth recruitment process
- Engage with regional coordinators on daytoday requirements
- Engage with the correct vendors and internal stakeholder when communicating new contingent worker requirements
- Regularly take on the task to cross reference live vacancies between Workday and BrassRing to audit alignment
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ Years HR Administration or Data Entry experience
- Previous experience with an ATS system
- Ability and willingness to learn new technology platforms
- Strong attention to detail and high commitment to data accuracy
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a Global environmental
