Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for LMS solutions, aligning with overall business objectives. Identify target markets and devise a sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and position the LMS solution to meet their unique needs.
- Acquire and maintain an indepth understanding of our LMS platform, features, and benefits. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in elearning technology.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to assess client needs and articulate how our LMS solution can provide value. Showcase the scalability, customization, and efficiency gains offered by our platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing & sales support team to create compelling proposals and presentations. Customize proposals to address specific client requirements and challenges.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer demands in the elearning space. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement datadriven decisionmaking to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in selling software solutions or technology products.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and elearning technology.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to changes in product offerings and market dynamics.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
