Position Summary:

As a Telesales Representative in our Loan Company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling loan products and services over the phone.

Your primary objective will be to generate leads, build relationships with potential customers, and close sales. You will play a vital role in driving the company's revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in loan products and services.
Explain loan options, features, and benefits to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Lead Management:
Manage and follow up on leads provided by marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.
Identify customer needs and tailor loan solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.

Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Continuously strive to improve sales performance through self-motivation and ongoing training.

Compliance and Ethics:
Adhere to all applicable regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.

Salary:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
