Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of the finance department.
Manage account payables by tracking and organizing vendor invoices, generating related reports, and ensuring timely payment reminders.
Maintain and update various datasets and reports in Excel on a weekly or monthly basis as required.
Support the operations team in their daytoday tasks.
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document financial transactions.
Oversee the collection and consolidation of all financial data essential for accurate accounting of consolidated business results.
Conduct ledger reconciliation when necessary.
Liaise with management and colleagues as required.
Assist in the monthly closure of the books of accounts.
Support financial, due diligence, and audit processes conducted by external entities.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management on an asneeded basis.

Requirements:

Must have CA Inter or Post graduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in finance.
Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, and Google Sheets is required.
Basic understanding of TDS and GST is mandatory.
Must possess essential accounting skills.
Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
Effective communication and administrative writing skills.
Must be motivated to excel in any assigned task and be capable of working independently.
Must possess a positive attitude, work well in a team, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and adapt easily to diverse roles.
Must be open to taking on new responsibilities and exhibit a proactive learning mindset.
