Responsibilities:

Handling and Scaling UPSC Civil Service Vertical at Testbook
Stakeholder management and discussions with top UPSC faculties, SMEs and Mentors
Taking datadriven decisions for the growth of the category
Analyze and research exam patterns, types of questions, and difficulty levels to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in the UPSC exam
Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and improve
Collaborate with key stakeholders marketing teams, Tech/Product team, operation team, etc.

What we are looking for:

Must have appeared for UPSC CSE Interview or qualified UPSC Mains at least twice.
Having 4+ years of experience in content management or a similar lead role
Team Handling experience of 20+ members
Govt exam experience will be a plus point
Good managerial skills and problemsolving skills
Graduation from T1/T2 colleges will be preferred.
Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fastpaced startup environment
Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Good communication, and adaptability to AI and G Suite.
