Roles and Responsibilities:
Our sales team is in need of a knowledgeable Telesales Manager. You will be in charge of selecting, educating, and monitoring Telesales Reps' performance. Also, you ought to be able to support the creation and use of successful sales tactics.
- You should be able to respond to any customer inquiries and concerns in your capacity as a telesales manager. Also, you are in charge of establishing annual and monthly sales targets. You should be able to develop longlasting relationships with customers and possess strong communication abilities.
- You must have good networking and bargaining abilities to be successful in this position. Also, you should be an effective leader and decisionmaker. Your capacity to function under pressure and handle tense circumstances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a closely related discipline
- At least 12 years of experience working in the sales department as a telesales manager, telesales representative, telemarketing executive, or in a position comparable to these.
- Outstanding presenting, communication, and negotiating abilities
- strong leadership qualities the capacity to multitask and deal with pressure
- Someone with high motivation and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office competency Capacity to work independently and cooperatively Capacity to provide exceptional customer service
Salary:
₹12, ₹35,000.00 per month
