The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

Operates access control and facility monitoring systems and provides round the clock coverage for alerts and emergencies.
Oversees intrusion detection and video coverage and related records and prepares physical security reports as necessary.
Notifies appropriate US based resources of situations that require response or remediation.

Skills and attributes for success

Good analytical capability.
Basic knowledge of Networking devices.
Basic understanding of facility access monitoring systems.
Maintain confidentiality of all information and data.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Ability to work in a teamoriented environment and to help identify and solve problems.

Ideally, you'll also have

Willingness to work in multiple shifts to ensure 24*7 service availability.

Technologies and Tools

Strong analytical skills.

01 years' experience in a corporate facility access monitoring environment or in a call centre environment with the ability to do root cause analysis.
